It’s a little weird to post a year end review when you actually have one con left in 2012 but since it’s literally the last 3 days of the year ~
I made 4 costumes in 2012 (with the potential to make one more for ikkicon)
Fionna: I made Fionna for Ikkicon (which is quite odd as it is happening twice in 2012, start the year and finish it with Ikki) and added her sword at anime fest. Fionna is a lot of fun to wear AND really comfortable so I’m sure I’ll be wearing her in 2013 too.
Kiyone: Made for Akon to join what was definitely one of the highlights of my year, the Tenchi Muyo group! I hope we get together again soon.
Yukari: The most ambitious project of the year, I made Yukari for San Japan. I’m still not sure how I did it, but I managed to make this entire costume in the span of a month. Maybe that’s why I didn’t make anything again until October »
Jägermeister: Every year I go out to the Texas Renaissance Festival and I always dress up. This year my friends and I made costumes based off of liquor…which I guess is appropriate for the renfest. This is the first time I’ve posted a photo from Ren Fest here, but I’m hoping to update soon with more~
Panty: I have wanted to make this costume for a long time and I’m hoping to be able to get it done for Ikkicon, wish me luck!
